THINGS NEEDED ARE 

1. BLENDER.

2. 1 OR 2 CUPS OF PINEAPPLE.

3. 1 SMALL SIZE GINGER.

4. 1 MEDIUM OR LARGE CUCUMBER.

5. 1 TABLESPOON OF CHIA SEEDS.

6.HALF CUP OF WATER.

7. 1 OR 2 TABLESPOONS OF APPLE CIDER VINEGAR.

PREPARATION.

Pour boiled water into the container of chia seed, let the water cover the chia seed, then use your spoon to make sure all the chia seed is immersed in the water so that they can get a chance to swell and leave it to rise for about 10 minutes.

In your blender, add your pineapple, pour in your half cup of water, wash and peel the skin of your cucumber, then cut it and add it to your blender, now pour your soaked chia seed into the blender as well.

Lastly, remove the skin of your ginger, chop it into pieces, add it to the be your blender, then add a tablespoon of Apple Cider vinegar into the blender.

Blend until everything is smooth, pour the smoothie into a cup, and your breakfast pineapple smoothie is ready.

Drink this every morning as your breakfast, no other food in the morning, just this smoothie.

It has a pleasant taste and it's very filling because it has lots of fiber.

It should fill you up until lunchtime if not, you can just have a fruit in between breakfast and lunch, if the smoothie is not satisfying enough.
