1. Ice Cream

Most Ice Creams are high in sugar and fat and can add a lot of calories to your meal.

"A pint of ice cream could have up to about 1,000 calories, and for some people, that's more than half their daily intake," says Edwina Clark, RD, APD

You are advised to eat it as an occasional treat not as a dietary staples as well choose a low sugar or homemade as alternative.

2. Soda

Soda is high in calories and added Sugar. Despite this high percentage of calories it contains no important vitamins, Fibres, Minerals and antioxidant.

It is said that people who take sugary soda daily are prone to weight gain than those who don't take.

One study found that people who drank soda alongside their normal diet consumed 572 more calories per day. Over time, this could easily lead to significant weight gain.

3. Pizza

Pizzas is a common food amongst adults and Children especially commercialized types.

Pizzas are high in fat, calories and refined Carbs. Some varieties are also made with large amounts of cheese and processed meats that have been cured, smoked, or salted.

A higher intake of processed meats has been linked to obesity and an increased risk of heart disease and certain types of cancer.

4. Cookies and Doughnuts

This class of food also contain high level of added sugar, butter, refined flour.

They are also high in calories. For instance, 1 large chocolate chip cookie can contain more than 220 calories, while a single glazed doughnut contains over 300 calories.

5. French Fries and Potatoes chips

These are common among people that love eating out. One can easily get it at a stretch of hand.

It contains salts and fat which are two major ingredients that increase risk of overheat.
