Immoderate consumption of meat elevates degrees of arachidonic acid in your body and this increases inflammation which is the very thing your enlarged prostate doesn't need. The added inflammation present in your body generally, the more likely you're to have inflammation in the prostate.
Medical experts have suggested that people with an enlarged prostate should avoid drinking alcohol, or at least reduce the measure of alcohol they consume. This is because when your alcohol consumption is high it can make worst the inflammation before present in the prostate gland, so making prostate enlargement worse.
Caffeine makes you urinate much. When you begin to drink these drinkables, especially late at night, it may irritate the bladder and so will make it more likely that you will need to use the latrine.
