Every Man Should Limit Their Intake Of These 3 Things To Prevent Prostate Enlargement

The prostate is an organ in the reproductive anatomy of the male. This small gland is positioned directly below the bladder and helps produce and optimize semen.

The enlargement of the prostate which is also appertained to as Benign Prostate Hyperplasia (BPH) is the increase in the size of the prostate such that it disrupts urine flow through the urethra. It's the most common prostate condition among men.

The enlargement of the prostate is common in men who have clocked the age of 50 and above. It's not cancer and it's not normally a danger to the health of men.

Symptoms of an enlarged prostate can include.

• Having a weak or slow urinary rivulet.

• Difficulty starting urination.

• Urinating much.

• Urgency to urinate.

• A urinary rivulet that starts and stops.

• Straining to urinate.

They're certain things you consume that triggers prostate enlargement, this food makes your prostate increase whenever you begin to consume them in high measure. Some of them include;

1. Red meat

Immoderate consumption of meat elevates degrees of arachidonic acid in your body and this increases inflammation which is the very thing your enlarged prostate doesn't need. The added inflammation present in your body generally, the more likely you're to have inflammation in the prostate.

2. Alcohol

Medical experts have suggested that people with an enlarged prostate should avoid drinking alcohol, or at least reduce the measure of alcohol they consume. This is because when your alcohol consumption is high it can make worst the inflammation before present in the prostate gland, so making prostate enlargement worse.

3. Caffeine

Caffeine makes you urinate much. When you begin to drink these drinkables, especially late at night, it may irritate the bladder and so will make it more likely that you will need to use the latrine. As it's problematic for men with an enlarged prostate to empty their bladder anyway, consuming a high quantity of caffeinated drinks will only increase the problem.
