3. Vegetable soup (Edikang Ikong)

Vegetable soup traditional called Edikang Ikong is another delicious Nigerian delicacy that is high in nutrients. Vegetables are known for its high levels of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals necessary for proper development of the body. They are good for brain and heart health
