When I talk about fresh Orange juice, I don't mean the ones that are commonly bought in the market, these types of juice contain high quantities of preservatives and sugar, which makes them unhealthy.

2. Carrot, Beetroot and Apple Juice
Carrot contains a lot of beta carotene which converts to vitamin A. This vitamin A is important for overall eye health. Beetroot on the other hand contains lutein and Zeaxanthin which supports macular and retinal health.
Apples on the other hand are rich in bioflavonoids, a compound that helps in boosting eye vision and promoting better eye health.
3. Berry smoothie
Berries contain Antioxidants in big quantities. It is generally regarded as a really rich food that helps in fighting oxidative stress in the body. This is crucial for better eye health.
It helps in reducing the effect of ageing in the eye and generally prevents it from developing problems due to age.
4. Banana Juice
Banana juice contains alpha and beta Carotene, these types of juice can play an important role in boosting eye health.
5. Tomato Juice
Tomatoes contain high quality Lycopene which is a key carotenoids that wards off vision related illness and generally protect eye health.
