Onion Water: Why You Should Start Using It

Onion is no doubt an important vegetable everyone needs to maintain a good health. They are in the group of the Allium genus of flowering plants that also includes chives, garlic, shallots, and leeks. Onion water is a liquid extract that is gotten from either straining or blending onions directly. Its juices are rich in vitamin C, B6, and folic acid.
