Justin Jedlica, often famous as the Human Ken Doll, is an American entrepreneur who rose to limelight for his unnatural physical changes to disguise as a cartoon character.

The 39-year-old did not care in the slightest about anyone else who tried to put a hurdle on his dream to become a cartoon character.

The custom implant design specialist went under the knife to remove his previous latissimus implants, replacing them with slimmed-down versions - as well as having a forehead vein removed.

This surgery will cost Justin $21,000 - bringing the grand total he has spent on his body to $560,000.
He says he has spent $625,000 (£445,000) over the years, and claims he is the 'world's most modified man'.

His alterations include procedures on his nose, cheeks, chin, jaw, forehead, lips, shoulders, back, six-pack abs, biceps, triceps and bum and more.

Justin was just 18 when he had his first of five nose jobs, and has undergone over 280 cosmetic procedures in total since then.
