The points described below can be considered healthy habits which kids must have:
1. Early To Rise:
We should get up early in the morning. Like the saying goes, 'early to bed and early to rise', children need to sleep early so that they wake up fresh and healthy to go to school. If they do not get enough sleep at night, they will fall asleep in class and not pay attention.
We should pray daily and thank God for the blessings he has bestowed on us. To teach your children to pray, talk to them about simple prayers, like what they're thankful for. For example, have them start with “I thank God for my family,” or “I pray for my pets.” In order to help prayer become part of your children's routine, set aside time to pray together.
We should cut our nails regularly, brush our teeth daily and keep our self clean, Cleanliness is Next to Godliness.
4. Daily Bath:
Taking bath daily keeps us clean, healthy and fresh. One purpose of bathing is for personal hygiene. It is a means of achieving cleanliness by washing away dead skin cells, dirt, and soil and as a preventative measure to reduce the incidence and spread of disease. It also may reduce body odors, however, some people note that may not be so necessary as commonly thought.
Daily Exercise helps us to keep feet, a healthy mind resides in a healthy body. Activity from an early age should be encouraged as it benefits a child'sdevelopment. It enhances and promotes the development of motor skills, bones and muscles, cognitive and social skills. Physical activity is any movement at this age.
Having healthy breakfast everyday helps us to grow fast and strong. It's important for your child to eat something nutritious each morning to re-fuel for the busy day ahead. Breakfast is an ideal opportunity to eat foods which are rich in B vitamins, folate, iron and fibre.
We should study regularly. Studying hard means you are prepared to understand how certain things work which eventually will turn into your economic level of life.
8. Help others:
We should help others, be kind to others, and share your things with your friends.
9. responsible with money
Teaching your kids about financial responsibility means setting a budget -- and deciding what to do when children run afoul of their own guidelines.
10. Early To Bed:
Go off to sleep early and that will keep you fresh. Children need to sleep early so that they wake up fresh and healthy to go to school If they do not get enough sleep at night, they will fall asleep in class and not pay attention.
