Every woman should have specific health tests done once a year or every couple of years. Having them done on a regular basis aids in the detection of any underlying issues. For example, if women undergo their mammograms (breast exams) on a regular basis, they may be able to detect breast cancer earlier.
1. Blood test.

3. Bone density test.
A bone density test determines the amount of bone mass in various parts of your body. It's a crucial test for diagnosing osteoporosis, a disease that causes bones to become brittle and weak. To verify that the results are 100 percent reliable, tests can be performed twice a year.
4. Mammogram Test.
An X-ray of the breasts is called a mammography. It's used to look for symptoms that indicate breast cancer might be present. Mammograms are commonly begun at the age of 40 and repeated every 1-2 years after that. It is recommended by some doctors that it be started when you are 50 years old.
A mammogram is not suggested for women who are pregnant. It has the potential to cause major issues for both her and the baby.
5. Female Hormonal Profile.
Hormone swings are a key source of concern for women's health. Hormonal imbalances are most commonly caused by life changes these days. Estrogen, Progesterone, Follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), Testosterone/DHEA, and Thyroid hormones may be tested as part of a hormonal profile.
