Sleeping every night is a very essential part of our daily doings, of which not sleeping well overtime may result to phycological distress which can utter the brain's functions.
To stay well healthy and balanced, we must sleep well, studies even prove to us that sleeping for 6 to 8 hours within 24hours is okay.
As important as sleeping is so important the way you position your body when asleep, people often sleep on their back, side and tummy. Each of this sleeping position has its effect on our body system.

When you sleep on your tummy, you may likely experience pains in your back bone region or on the bones of your neck, this is due to the mass of the middle body, especially the tummy which has a heavy mass strains your back bone which may likely cause pains on your back bone or on your neck.
To sleep well, the best to sleep is to sleep either on your side or on your back, Sleeping thus way will help your body well both in acid regulation of the body especially when the pillow is used and maintenance of the body's function with no pains at all, So when ever you sleep, sleep on your side or on your back.
