7 Foods You Should Eat Regularly If You Want To Reduce Pregnancy Pain

The foods we consume have great effects on our well-being. This means that the types of foods we consume can either improve or be detrimental to our health depending on our body's physical state. For this reason, some foods may be detrimental to a pregnant woman's health (and her baby's health) while some foods may improve her health.

For constipation

1. Sweet potatoes

Moderately consumption of sweet potatoes can provide nutrients such as beta-carotene and fiber that can improve sugar spike and digestive health in pregnancy.

2. Beans

Beans are a good source of fiber, iron, magnesium, folate, protein, and potassium. The fiber found in beans can ease the movement of foods in the stomach by increasing its fluid contents.
