Check Out These Home Remedies To Fight Hair Dandruff

Dandruff is caused by a fungus called Malesezia furfur. It has infected virtually every lady at one point or the other. Dealing with dandruff can be tiring and difficult when you don't know the right way to go about it. There are so many hair products and medications that promise to treat dandruff but if you intend to handle it using natural home remedies, then below are 5 ways to tackle dandruff from the comfort of your home using home substances

1). Aloe Vera

Aloe vera has so many applications in body care. It has antifungal, anti bacterial properties and it is also mild exfoliant. Generously apply the thick, jelly, transparent part of the aloe vera on your scalp. Leave for a while and use an anti- dandruff shampoo to wash your hair properly. 


2). Vinegar

Vinegar has anti microbial properties. It has the ability to kill dandruff causing fungus. Vinegar is acidic and helps in reducing flaking of the scalp, also treats itching dry skin.

Apply a diluted about of vinigar to your scalp and allow for about 30 minutes before washing your hair with warm water


3). Use Neem and Garlic

It is a natural herb so if you are looking for a way to fight dandruff naturally, this is for you. Neem is well known for its antibacterial and antifungal qualities and since dandruff is caused by fungus, the use of neem in fighting dandruff cannot be over emphasized. Use a diluted amount of neem tincture.

Garlic is also immensely beneficial as an anti-fungal natural product and the benefits of raw or crushed garlic has been used by humans for ages. Just like Neem, it works wonders. Grind garlic cloves and apply to your scalp. Avoid using boiled garlic and combine honey and ginger to it if you can't handle its disturbing ordor

4). Baking Soda

Its important to exfoliate the flakes on the scalp to make the dandruff visible. This feature is what baking soda offers. It acts as a scrub that exfoliated the scalp without causing any form of irritation as opposed to some hair cream products. It also has vast anti fungal properties that then fights the dandruff. The use of baking soda can be by adding it to your shampoo before application
