1. Saturated fat

2. Dairy foods

Too much consumption of dairy foods such as milk, yogurt, ice cream can lead to an increased risk of ovarian cancer. Women who consume high amount of dairy foods in a day had twice the risk of developing severe ovarian cancer.


Research have shown that women who smoke had two times the risk of the mucinous type of ovarian cancer compared with women who do not smoke. The risk of mucinous ovarian cancer increases with an increased amount of cigarette intake, but can return to normal when you stop smoking.
