1.Reduces stress hormone levels

Stress is the primary cause of high blood pressure, there are related hormones that cause elevation in blood pressure. These hormones include adrenaline/epinephrine, dopamine, growth hormone, and cortisol. 

The epinephrine hormone is majorly situated on the medulla of the adrenal glands as its major role is to increase raise blood glucose levels and increase cardiac outflow so When an individual laughs hard it gives strength to the epinephrine hormone and calms it down. Laughing also does the same thing as the dopamine, growth, and cortisol hormone, and it helps lower blood pressure

 When we laugh, it delivers essential nutrients efficiently particularly oxygen and helps the immune system. 

When a person laughs, there is a general increase in flow of blood, and when the person stops laughing, the blood pressure goes down. In other words, laughing is just an exercise that helps in blood circulation in our system. 

 When there is more than enough blood circulation, the blood pressure stays normal as this is encouraged by enlargement of essential vessels also.

Cardiologist often times prescribe laughter as a medication by suggest that laughing for up to 15minutes per day is good for the health of our hearts. Also, we should know that the heartier the laugh, the better for our health. 

 The heart is what pumps the blood to the whole body. When we laugh, our heart rate shoots up considerably, just as we take deep breaths. More oxygenated blood is circulated through our body, improving our vascular function. 

 Laughing helps to prevent heart disease and improves vascular function and circulation.

4. Helps in Respiration

You will notice that after an hearty deep laugh the heart rate is lower and blood pressure level making one feel at ease, as negative hair is exhaled, Laughing also provides a workout for the cardiovascular, pulmonary, and respiratory systems. When a person laughs, the lungs rids off stale air and allow oxygen to enter the body. Laughing helps to expand alveoli, which is the major gaseous exchange site.

5. Laughter Strengthens the Immune System

 Laughing assist by strengthening the immune system even through increasing the number of antibody-producing T cells in the body. A cell known as the "T Cell" helps to fight infection in the body. Chances are lowered for one to come down with certain diseases that affect the immune system hereby fortifying the immune system and lowers the chances of high blood pressure.
