The total number of confirmed cases of the recent pandemic disease have been increasing on a daily basis. Though the Federal Government of Nigeria have been working hard to see that the disease is curtailed. Yet, it keeps on increasing.
There are some places that this disease is not much especially in the South Eastern part of Nigeria. But, some places in the western part has more confirmed cases of this disease from the statistics provided by the NCDC (Nigerian Center for Disease Control).
However, Imo, Anambra, Abia, Enugu and Ebonyi State residents should note that, there could be another lock down in the states.
This will help the state governments to make further plans on how to reduce the spread of the disease. Since the number of cases is not much compared to some other states.
In order to protect these states from getting a high number of cases of the disease, it would be wise to lock down the states and bring out new strategies to conquer the spread of the disease.
Also, the residents of these states should note that, the Federal Government gave out guidelines that would help protect individuals from the disease. It would be nice to follow these guidelines strictly in order to reduce the dissemination of this disease.
Here are some of the guidelines.
1) Regular wearing of face masks while in public places.
2) Practicing of social distancing.
3) Regular washing of hands using hand sanitizer.
