6. Salt and Pepper

7. Noodles

While noodles are not considered a Nigerian meal, they have found their way into the Nigerian diet, they are devoured by both young and elderly. Noodles are popular among Nigerians because they are inexpensive, simple, and quick to prepare, hence the name "instant noodles." Noodles have been shown to have high levels of sodium, which, in addition to being carcinogenic, causes heart disease and skin damage.
