Does eating peanuts before sexual intercouse has any effect?

According to healthline, peanuts (Arachis hypogaea) are a legume that originated in South America. They go by a variety of names, such as groundnuts, earthnuts, and goobers. Despite their name, peanuts are unrelated to tree nuts. As a legume, they’re related to beans, lentils, and soy.

In the United States, peanuts are rarely eaten raw. Instead, they are most often consumed roasted or as peanut butter.

Other peanut products include peanut oil, flour, and protein. These goods are used in a variety of foods, such as desserts, cakes, confectionery, snacks, and sauces.

Peanuts are rich in protein, fat, and various healthy nutrients. Studies show that peanuts may even be useful for weight loss and are linked to a reduced risk of heart disease. They are a natural supplier of copper, manganese, and zinc, which support human health in the intimate areas. Additionally, these nuts are thought to increase sperm quality and quantity.

Recent research suggests that consuming groundnuts before intimacy will not only increase sperm quality and quantity but also improve intimate drive in both men and women.

According to Medicalnewstoday, due to its abundance as a natural source of L-arginine, groundnuts are excellent intimate enhancers, particularly for men. By relaxing blood arteries, this amino acid aids men's intimate function. L-arginine's impact on the blood vessels has also been linked to preliminary research that suggest it may be useful in treating erectile dysfunction.

The results of the 14-week randomised trial, which assessed both conventional semen characteristics and molecular changes, "suggest a favourable effect for groundnut consumption in sperm quality" and highlight the need for groundnut consumption into male-specific dietary recommendations.

Groundnuts consumption before intimacy can increase the production of reproductive hormones and may be induced the creation of healthy intimate hormones from the brain.

The results of the hormonal study revealed a substantial difference in the serum levels of the hormones follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH) in men across the various treatment groups who regularly consume groundnuts.

Results of semen quality showed that there are substantial changes in the sperm count, sperm morphology, sperm viability, and semen pH among people between the three groups.

Base on the facts mentioned above, eating grandnuts before intercouse has positive effect.
