Dealing With Pain in Your Low Back? Learn How to Treat It Naturally.

Your back muscles and bones should be kept strong at all times in order to protect your back from excruciating pains.

The steps below would help you protect your back and prevent you from having a back pain.

Engage in back stretching and strengthening exercises at least twice a week to keep your bones healthy.

Try Standing and sit up straight all the time.

Don't lift heavy objects. Make sure to keep your back straight and your knees bent while lifting an object. Always maintain a good position while trying to lift an object.

Eat healthy and be active by eating a balance diet that consist of the six classes of food in the right proportion. Don't be too overweight because this can strain your back and injure your spines. Maintain a healthy muscles and bones at all times. And at a healthy weight by eating a balance diet.

How is back pain treated?

1. Good posture is necessary to avoid back pain. Therefore correct all bad posture to get rid of back pain.

2.Muscles spasm should be taking care of if necessary :gently stretch the lower back by moving back and forth to get ride of muscle spasm.

3. Incorporate the use of heat in treating the pain:use waist heat on the low back for 15 to 20 minutes at a time. Repeat procedure for maximum results.

4.While sitting on a desk do the water bottle curve by pushing your back firmly against the back of your chair, take a cold water bottle and place it inbetween your lower back and the chair, this will automatically make you sit properly and the cold will reduce the inflammation and pain

5. Stretch your lower back :hold the position at least 10 seconds and then release.Repeat if necessary until tension begins to go down.

Stretch the side of your back: lie on your back with your arms stretched out to your sides. Bend one of your knees and gently roll onto the side opposite to the bent knee. Try to Roll as much as you can while the shoulder still remain flat on the ground. Maintain this position for at least 15 seconds, then change sides. Repeat this 12 times on each sides.
