Murder

Meet the plastic surgeon who went to prison for the death of his patient (photos)

People undergo plastic surgery when they feel the need to enhance a particular part of their body and some of them got what they wanted while some lost their lives to the surgery. It is a very sad thing because all they wanted was to look a little trimmer in the tummy and lose a little weight, but they lost their lives during their surgery procedures.

Plastic surgery is a surgical specialty involving the restoration, reconstruction, or alteration of the human body. Before an individual undergo plastic surgery, he or she needs to know the risks involved in it. It could lead to disfiguration of a particular part of the body or death.

Dr. Peter Normann

In 2008, Dr. Peter Normann was arrested, charged and brought to trial for three murder charges. He was an internist, emergency room doctor but he called himself a plastic surgeon for the patients he operated on. Although he had about 6 days of training in liposuction and breast augmentation but he wasn't qualified to perform such operations. He was sentenced to 25 years imprisonment for the death of Ralph Gonzalez (33 year old), Leslie Ann Ray (53 year old) , Alicia Santizo Blanco(41 year old).

Personally, I don't think people have to undergo plastic surgeries just to enhance their look, an individual needs to be confident and proud of how they look like. If you feel like you need to enhance the size of your backside, there is no need to undergo risky plastic surgeries, you can just exercise well and eat good fruits.
