1) Blood Group A: It contains A antigen on the red blood cell and B antibody in the plasma.

3) Blood Group AB: it contains A and B antigens on the red blood cell but has neither A not B antibody in the plasma.

4) Blood Group O: it contains neither A not B antigens on the red blood cell but has A and B antibody in the plasma. This blood group is the most common.
