Many people especially people with diàbetes are afraid to take fruits because they believe that many fruits contain a lot of sugar.

For ordinary people, this fear is not necessary because fruits may not increase blood sugar level for people without diabetes. The fruitose in fruits will easily be converted to energy in normal people.

But for diabetics, there is need to exercise caution because some fruits actually contain much sugar and may actually raise blood sugar level.

Avocados contain important minerals like potassium and magnesium. They also contain healthy fats for our body with little or no sugar.
