6 Foods you consume regularly that increase your risk of having heart disease.


There are foods that you consume regularly that are not healthy for your heart. Consuming too much salt, sugar, saturated fat and refined carbs can increase your chances of having heart diseases. Saturated fat increases your blood cholesterol levels there by making you more susceptible to heart attack or stroke. When heart disease sets in, your heart will not be able to perform its normal duties. I will share the foods that increases your risk of having heart diseases.

1.Red Meat

When you consume too much red meat your body will absorb an high amount of saturated fat. This will then increase your cholesterol levels thereby increasing your risk of having heart diseases.


2. Soda.

Soda contains an high amount of sugar which is not good for your health. Consuming a lot of soda tends to increase your blood pressure. When your blood pressure keeps rising, your risk of having heart diseases will increase.


3. Processed meats.

Processed meats contains an high amount of salt and saturated fats. Regular consumption of processed meats will increase your risk of having heart diseases.


4. Fries and chips.

Fries and chips contain an high amount of saturated fats and sodium. Too much of these foods can increase your risk of having heart diseases.


5. Canned soup.

Canned soup contains an high amount of salt which increases blood pressure. Regular consumption of these foods can pose a danger to your heart, thereby increasing your risk of having heart diseases.


6.Ice cream.

Ice cream contains an high amount of sugar and saturated fat which is not good for your heart. When you consume ice cream regularly, you will be at an higher risk of getting heart disease.
