Ways To Prevent Diastolic Blood pressure

Hypertension is the term for either high systolic or high diastolic pressure. High blood pressure is another name for hypertension. Isolated diastolic hypertension is the medical term for high blood pressure that only affects the diastolic pressure. The problem could be a normal part of getting older or a sign of a disease like diabetes mellitus. You can't just lower your diastolic blood pressure. So, if your diastolic blood pressure is high, you need to lower your overall blood pressure. When reading blood pressure, both the systolic and diastolic blood pressure are taken into account, the force of blood flow when the heart beats. Diastolic pressure is the force of blood flow between beats of the heart. Blood pressure that is too high can be shown by an increase in the systolic pressure, the diastolic pressure, or both. Here are 4 easy ways to lower diastolic blood pressure,

1. Try to limit how much salt you eat.

Don't eat more than 1,500 milligrams of salt every day. Avoid packaged and processed foods because they often have more salt.

3. Drinking alcohol.

Limit your alcohol consumption. Men should only have two drinks a day, while women should have only one.

3. Be careful when you use caffeine.

Hypertension can get worse if you drink too much coffee or other things with caffeine. If you have high blood pressure, don't drink or eat anything with caffeine right before you work out.

4. Pay attention to foods that are good for your heart.

Vegetables like spinach, broccoli, and carrots, fruits like apples, oranges, and bananas, fish, especially those high in omega-3 fatty acids, lean cuts of beef or pork, skinless chicken or turkey, eggs, fat-free or low-fat dairy products like cheese and yogurt, whole grains like brown rice and whole-grain bread, nuts, and beans are all important parts of a heart-healthy diet.
