3. Isotretinoin; this is a medication that is used to treat serious acne but it can also have adverse eye effects. It doesn't lead to blindness but can lead to inflammation of the eye, and sensitivity to bright light.
4. Amiodarone (Cordarone); this is a a medication used to manage heart rhythm issues in people suffering from atrial fibrillation. It can also damage the optic nerve thus leading to irreversible vision loss. If you are taking this medication, then an eye doctor should be at standby to check your eyes for possible problems.
