This damages can increase your risk of getting atherosclerosis, atherosclerosis is a disease in which a waxy substance called plaque builds up in the arteries.

4. Lack of exercise and Overweight

lack of proper exercise increase your risk of high blood pressure, blood clots, heart attack, stroke, in can leads to being overweight and also other heart issues. Proper exercise can help you keep a normal cholesterol level.
