The governor, has revealed that this development is aimed at helping vulnerable and poor women who are not privileged to have access to quality healthcare. Also he said that in the delivery pack, are items needed to take good care of newly born babies. He also said that those who want an extra medicare would bear the financial responsibility.
Lesson for other south-east governors
i really commend the Abian Governor, Dr. Ikpeazu, for such show of love to the south-east women. If baffles me to see someone persons complain about the amount, by saying it is little. Let's not forget that some persons may be unable to afford it and for some who can, it could help pay for their transport fare back home.
This shows that the Abian governor has the welfare of his people at heart and this is worthy of emulation by other south-east governors. In this difficult time, a little show of love can put smiles on the faces of the citizens, especially those challenged. I urge them to look out for a way of putting smile on the faces of the less privileged.
