Despite the numerous health benefits associated with drinking tom brown, it is underrated because it is not known especially to people in the Southern part of Nigeria. Although it might be popular in the Northern part of Nigeria after a few research, I discovered that most homes barely consume or know this highly nutritious drink.
However, after finding out about tom brown and its health benefits to both adults and babies I believe people should consider including it in their diet plan. Unlike corn pap, tom brown is comprised of maize, millet, groundnut, date, and soya beans, etc. However, crayfish, cloves, fruits, and ginger can be added if desired.
