Reasons Why You Might Be Having Lower Back Pain As A Lady

Back Pain is one thing literally every one experiences at one point or the other. Sometimes we are forced to miss either school or work because of back pain and disturbances. This is Completely normal, though some back pains are not due to common problems but due to something serious.

What Are The Reasons Why You Might Be Having Lower Back Pain As A Lady?

1. Endometriosis; this is usually the leading reason why most ladies experience back pain especially lower back pain. Endometriosis is a health condition that arises when the tissues that line the uterus known as the endometrial tissues grow outside the uterus. When a woman is suffering from endometriosis, she is most likely to experience pain especially lower back pain which appears to be long lasting.

2. Dysmenorrhea; this is another reason why some ladies have lower back pain. This is condition that has to do with very painful menstruation. Though dysmenorrhea can be managed, it is usually very severe in some people and might even interfere with daily life and activities. This is not actually a health problem but can be very disturbing thay you would be forced to see a doctor. If you are having constant lower back pain, then it could be due to this condition.

3. Pregnancy; when a woman is pregnant, alot of things change in the body. One of the things she would experience along the line is lower back pain as alot of things are shifting, bones and cavity are shifting and making significant changes, you might start feeling lower back pain that appears to be very serious. So pregnancy is one of the reasons why some ladies experience constant lower back pain and there is absolutely nothing anyone can do about this.

4. PMS; this is professionally referred to as Pre Menstrual Syndrome and it is a number of signs and symptoms ladies experience before menstruation. It comes with alot of signs and symptoms which might not always be favourable. Some of the symptoms of PMS is lower Back Pain, headache, fatigue and bloating. It is also important to mention that lower back pain is not a disease and as such goes away after sometime and doesn't necessarily need treatment.
