Hepatitis B is a viral infection that damages the liver and can bead to both acute and chronic diseases. 

Hepatitis B is an infection that causes a threat to one's life. It is a liver infection that is caused by the hepatitis B virus (HBV). It is a health problem that affects the whole world. It can lead to chronic infection and makes people be at high risk of death from cirrhosis and liver cancer.

Hepatitis B is a chronic liver infection that causes a rash (swelling and reddening) that can lead to liver damage. 

Some of the symptoms of hepatitis B include:

• Abdominal pain.

• Dark urine.

• Fever.

• Joint pain.

• Loss of appetite.

• Nausea and vomiting.

• Weakness and fatigue.

• Yellowing of your skin and the whites of your eyes.

Some of the things you do that leads to hepatitis B include:

1. Having unprotected sex with an infected person

Hepatitis B can be transmitted via unprotected sex including vaginal, anal and oral sex and other sexual activities with a person that is infected with hepatitis B, even if they don't experience symptoms. 

2. Sharing sharp object

Sharp objects such as syringes, scalpels, razors should be carefully used. Once an infected person has used a needle, viruses in their blood, such as hepatitis B may contaminate it. Blood can also contaminate sharps.

3. Too much sugar consumption 

Too much sugar consumption should be prevented for a healthy liver. Foods that are high in sugar content can be difficult for the liver to digest when the body is attacked by the Hepatitis virus.
