6 Healthy Foods That Can Be Harmful To Your Health If Eaten In Excess

4. Oliy fish

However, if eaten in excess, they can be dangerous. Excessive consumption of oily fish can lead to vitamin A toxicity and increase the risk of bleeding. 5. Coffee

Some people drink coffee in the morning.
