But remember also what Jesus said in Matt5:33-37.“Again, you have heard that it was said to the people long ago, ‘Do not break your oath, but fulfill to the Lord the vows you have made.’ ........ All you need to say is simply ‘Yes’ or ‘No’. Go to the passage and read.
There is no habit that can stand an oath 
between you and God. I said oath and not vow.
See the difference between the two words.
Vow: Lord, I vow not to masturbate again!
Oath: Lord, I vow not to masturbate again. If I do, kill me instantly.
I tell you anytime the desire comes, you will remember the agreement and you will stop. It worked with Jephtah in the Judges11. This worked for many, it will work for you too. Make sure you take a higher punishment that will push you never to forget. Try it and bless me later.
