2 Natural Ways To Reduce Menstrual Pain

Over the years 70% of women around the world suffers from menstrual cramps or what we call primary dysmenorrhea, this is a woman-related condition that happens every month. The pain that is experienced by different women varies, for some, it's an intense cramp while for some it's just an easy follow.

There are different means by which different women try to control this pain when it comes, usually, during this period for most women, they become bloated, weak, lose of appetite and tender breast which introduce them to their monthly flow. To some women, they believe that when they drink water its helps reduces the bloating whereas its increases the pain without them knowing.

During this period dieting is very key which means you need to watch what you eat, staying away from sugary substances or food, and also reducing your fruit intake especially oranges. There are other natural ways to help reduce or better I say to help you prepare for your monthly flow, by considering all this if will help reduce the pain drastically.

1. Ginger

Research shows that ginger is a great relief for dysmenorrhea or menstrual pain, if you introduce ginger in your diet before your monthly flow or during your monthly can help reduce it drastically, you can also consume the roots with plain tea to put some warmth in the lower pelvic.

2. Cinnamon

Using cinnamon in your diet is a miracle worker that most women haven't discovered yet, a lot of women see cinnamon as a way to reduce cholesterol. adding cinnamon 2 to 3 times a day for the first few days of your period will help reduce the bleeding with lesser pain and also help reduce the vomiting for those women who usually vomit during their period.
