The Fastest Way To Die Young is To Keep On Doing These 8 Things.

People die everyday and we mourn for them. However what we fail to realize is that some of them contributed to their untimely feathers especially young people by doing some things that are detrimental to their existence as a human . Some of them don't even know that these habits or behaviours are harmful to then untill it eventually kills them .

In this article , we will be discussing some of the things young people do that put their lives at risks :

1.Careless Driving : a lot of young people tend to drive carelessly and this is one of the topmost causes of accidents today . Many of them have sent themselves and their friends to an early grave due to overspending and refusal to abide by traffic rules . If you drive carelessly , you are putting yourself to risk of an early death .

2. Excessive intake of Alcohol : while Alcohol may not be necessarily be a bad thing , excessive intake of alcohol can expose you to risk of liver problems which can cause death if left untreated. Too much of alcohol is very harzadous so consume responsibly if you must

3 . Overthinking : overthinking is a big factor that has led many people into their untimely deaths . It Rob's you of your happiness , joy and purpose.you will keep on overanalyzing things untill it damages your mental health. When your mental health is at risk, you can be a victim of depression which can lead to death via self harm if care is not given .

4 . Taking of hard drugs : many young people take drugs today to get 'high ' without understanding the effects of the drugs .

They cause massive damage to the brain, they cause hallucinations and drain the blood of the consumers making them look pale and Haggard. If it becomes an addiction, they can cause severe health problems that will bring death to them .

5 Excessive Eating and Drinking :while food and drinks may be a source of life to humans, excess intake of it can expose you to a lot of health problems such as : constipation , obesity , high blood cholesterol and so many others. So make sure you eat food moderately

. 6 over active sex life; though it is necessary for a young adult , over involving in it can convulse your blood vessels which can lower the rate of your blood rate which in return exposes you to high level risks of heart attacks .

7. Smoking cigarettes: sometimes , I keep on wondering why people keep doing this despite knowing how dangerous it is to their life. Cigarettes contain nicotine which can cause cancer and a whole lot of other health problems.i guess this is why the packs are littered with warnings like: " smokers are liable to die Young"

8 Always staying indoors: many people are guilty of this but they don't realize how dangerous this is to their life , staying inside lowers and weakens your immune system which in turn leaves you prone to diseases that can kill you.
