There are some foods you can consume that would not cause an increment in your blood sugar. A verified health site, WebMD shared the foods.


Below are the foods


1. Nuts.

Nuts like almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, macadamia nuts, cashews, pistachios, or peanuts are very nutritious and good for your body. They are high in fiber and healthy fats which won't raise your blood sugar.


2. Eggs

This is a proteinous food that helps to repair worn-out tissues. When you consume eggs they won't raise your blood sugar.


3. Yogurt.

Yogurt mixed with fruits is very nutritious and it is good for your health because it won't raise your blood sugar.



Avocado

4. Avocado

A very nutritious food packed with fatty acid and other essential vitamins. They don't lead to an increase in blood sugar.


5. Tuna.

Tuna is a very nutritious fish that could provide Omega-3 fatty acid and other essential vitamins without increasing your blood sugar
