It is okay to exercise after a miscarriage, just as it is safe to exercise throughout pregnancy.

Your body will swiftly return to normal after a first-trimester or second-trimester miscarriage and physical exercise can also be resumed as long as bleeding, cramping, and other symptoms are monitored by a doctor.

However, if you want to start working out again after a miscarriage, listen to your body when getting back into the swing of things, just like you would during any other workout. While it may be tempting to push yourself you should begin slowly and gradually increase your intensity.

Here are safe workouts routine to engage in after a miscarriage

2 Yoga

Yoga and other stretching exercises can help tone your body while also increasing flexibility. To help you relax, dim the lights and play some soothing music.

You don't have to perform anything particularly rigorous just being afloat can relieve pressure on your body and joints. If you don't feel like moving start by floating and gradually increase your speed.
