We need vitamin D in our body. It searves as an important nutrient that protects against some sicknesses. The primary source of this vitamins is early morning sunshine.

Make sure that you get this morning sunshine but don't forget that harmful UV rays will come after the morning sunshine, avoid it as much as you can.

7. Avoid bad habits.
