Stop Doing These 5 Things Early In The Morning, They Affect Your Day

Every morning comes with a new blessing and mark's a new birth of the sun, different people get to do different things. We tend to do different things before other things and some are right and some are not just right.

We do these things when we wake and it is normal to us, we believe in those things and we definitely don't care if they are right or wrong.

Here are five things we do and we need to stop:

1. Waking up and immediately pick up your phone

This is common among people, in fact we put our phone by our side while we sleep and it's very wrong, when we wake up the first thing that comes to our mind is to pick up our phone and go straight to social media to check unread messages or to comment or upload a status. This is very wrong and you need to stop doing it.

2. Skipping prayers

I know many people are really guilty of this one also and I must say it really bad. We need to pray to our maker, the creator of heaven and earth. You should thank him for making you see another day and grant you blessings. It really sad that many people see prayer as something casual, prayer is the only way we communicate with God.

3. Skipping breakfast

Some people will gist in the morning till they skip breakfast and it not good at all. Truth be told many people get ulcer through that, you need to make sure you have your breakfast every morning to avoid health issues in the nearest future.

4. Bad energy

Some people will just wake up and tell you they are not happy or they feel down without any good reason, this is not good and will surely affect your day because what you do in the morning will definitely affect your day.

5. Hot bath

Finally on my list is hot water bathing, in fact we seem to enjoy hot water bathing but there is a problem attach to it.

The heat from the water is telling the nervous system that it's time for your muscles to relax and your heart rate will definitely slow down, and it will make you tired. You can have a cold shower I know it may be quite unpleasant but it good for your health.
