1. Treat nasal congestion:

2. Try to lose weight:
As I mentioned early, fat people or people that are overweight mostly snore a lot. So, if you want to stop snoring, I will advice you to take some fruits and engage yourself in some exercise so as to lose weight thereby putting an end to snoring while sleeping.
3. Sleep on your side:
If you sleep on your back, your tongue may accidentally role and partially block the airway in your throat which will make you snore but if you sleep on your side, your tongue will probably not role to block the airway in your throat.
4. Avoid drinking alcohol:
If you drink alcohol a lot, avoid drinking alcohol because alcohol causes your muscles to relax including the muscles in the throat area which may partially block the airway in your throat thereby making you snore while sleeping. If you probably like drinking alcohol, do not drink alcohol less than 4 hours before bedtime.
