The recent pandemic disease have altered many things and it have caused a lot difficulties within the nation.
The disease have travelled across all the states and many people have been infected. Currently, Nigeria has more than 31000 confirmed cases of the disease.
The Nigerian Center For Disease Control have always advised people that are above the age of 50 or 60 years to be very careful of the disease. The Federal Government Of Nigeria have been striving and working diligently in order to curtail the spread of the disease.
This is because their immune system is no longer very strong, so they might have health complications when they get infected by the disease.
However, Imo, Anambra, Abia, Enugu And Ebonyi state pensioners should note that, there are ways to protect themselves against this pandemic disease.
They should always follow the guidelines provided by the Federal Government Of Nigeria.
These guidelines are implemented in order to curtail the spread of the disease.
Below are some of the guidelines mapped out by the Federal Government in order to reduce the spread of the disease.
1) People are instructed to always wear face masks while in public places.
2) They are equally instructed to observe social distancing in public gatherings.
3) Individuals should endeavour to use hand sanitizer to wash their hands.
All pensioners should endeavour to follow these guidelines because this will help the Federal Government to defeat this pandemic disease.
Also, by obeying these guidelines, they are protecting themselves from this dangerous pandemic disease.
