What You Should Never Deny Yourself No Matter How Broke You Are.

We are in a society where millions of people are living below one dollar per day. Poverty is now the new normal which affects so many individuals across the globe. And because of this, a lot of people fail to provide themselves and their families with the basic amenities in life. However, for a person to live long and be healthy, there are a few major things which they shouldn't deny themselves, no matter how broke or poor they are. See some of them below;

Breakfast. 

Breakfast is definitely the most important meal of the day. And its pretty sad to see that a lot of people do not know how vital breakfast is to their health everyday. Breakfast is the kind of meal that is eaten in the mornings or the early hours of the day between 6am to 11am. When a person continues to skip breakfast for over a long period of time, it makes it easier for them to develop long terminal diseases. Even though, you feel that you cannot afford 3-square meals per day, breakfast should always be your first priority. 

Clean water. 

A lot of people worldwide are dying everyday due to dehydration, thirst, and also lack of clean and purified water. As humans, drinking a huge amount of water daily is great for our health. It helps to boost our immune system and makes it easier to fight against life threatening diseases like diabetes, high blood pressure, stroke and a host of others. No matter how broke you are, always drink at least 5 glasses of water daily. 

Regular medical checkup.

Most people still believe that, getting medical checkups are still very expensive and hard to achieve. But these kind of people have most probably been living in a cave because medical test or checkup are now very easy to do unlike previously. As of today, there are a lot of chemists, pharmacies and medical centers in almost every corner of the streets. So getting a medical checkup here in Nigeria can cost as low as 1,000 naira depending on the kind of test you want to do, for example blood sugar level test, diabetes test, blood pressure and others. 

Final words.

Always drinking enough water, eating breakfast and also checking up on your medical fitness regularly are one of the greatest things which no one should take for granted. They are not limited to only the rich but the poor can easily do them as well.
