When people grow older they tend to have problems with one organ or with multiple organs, this occurs as a result in the death of the tissue. For one to prevent some of these health problems some foods are needed for the healthy growth of each part of the organ.

And these foods must be taken daily or weekly for the proper functioning of the organs. Below are some of the foods and the organs they are good for.
