Plantains are grown mostly in Uganda, Nigeria, Ghana, and Rwanda. They have numerous health advantages and can be prepared in a variety of ways. The unripe or green plantain is very beneficial to diabetics because of its low sugar level but high resistant starch content. However, in this article I will be listing out the benefits of unripe plantain according to studies.
