Hi Dears, Today my article Will be teaching us about our Teeth.
As teenagers, we have 28 permanent teeth. This is eight more than the baby teeth we are born with. Then between the ages of 17 and 25, four more teeth grow. These are called wisdom teeth and they usually grow at back of the mouth. They complete the adult set of 32 teeth.
Parts of our teeth are covered with gums. Gums are pink And fleshy . The crown is the part of the tooth we can see. A layer of hard shiny, enamel covers the crown.
Enamel is a very tough substance. It works as a barrier to protect the inside of the tooth.
The centre of the tooth is called the pulp. This where the tooth's nerve endings and blood supply are located. The nerves endings inside the pulp are connected to brain . Blood vessels in the pulp keep the tooth healthy.
