Health Benefits Of Eating Apple on an empty stomach

According to MayoClinic Apples are an incredibly nutritious fruit that offers multiple health benefits. They're rich in fiber and antioxidants. Eating them is linked to a lower risk of many chronic conditions, including diabetes, heart disease, and cancer. Apples may also promote weight loss and improve gut and brain health. However, here is the disease eating apples on an empty stomach treat.

Sore Throat

Since they are packed with fiber, vitamin C, and antioxidants, apples can help reduce inflammation in the throat and speed up recovery with these immune-boosting nutrients. If biting into a fresh apple is too painful, Dr. Pearlman recommends trying apple sauce. Just be mindful of the added sugar. Potassium, vitamin C, and vitamin B6 are some of the many nutrients in bananas that can help heal and soothe a sore throat. Plus, bananas are soft and can be mashed so they glide easily down your throat. Add mashed bananas to yogurt or oatmeal to boost the flavor of these foods and experience relief from throat pain.

Lung

Due to the presence of the antioxidant quercetin, apples have been proven to reduce lung decline and even reduce lung damage caused by smoking. Those who eat five or more apples per week were also at a reduced risk of developing. In several types of research, having 5 or more apples per week was shown to improve lung function and reduce the risk of developing COPD (although do note that these researches were completed in generally healthy, middle-aged men!). Apples have also been found to be beneficial in reducing the risk of lung cancer and asthma.
