2.Garlic.

Garlic is known for its antifungal properties and has been used for centuries to treat yeast infections. You can eat garlic raw or take garlic supplements and also use it as a vaginal suppository by wrapping a peeled clove in gauze and inserting it into the vagina.

3.Tea tree oil.

This is a natural antifungal and antibacterial agent that can be used to treat yeast infections, you can dilute a few drops of tea tree oil in a carrier oil like coconut oil and apply it to the affected area. You can also add a few drops of tea tree oil to your bath water.

4.Apple cider vinegar.

It has acidic properties that can help restore the natural pH balance of the vagina and kill off the yeast causing the infection. You can add a cup of apple cider vinegar to your bath water and use it as a vaginal douche.

5.Coconut oil.

You can apply coconut oil directly to the affected area or mix it with tea tree oil for added effectiveness since it has antifungal properties.

6.Avoid certain foods.

Certain foods can promote the growth of yeast in your body, so it's best to avoid them if you have a yeast infection. These include sugar, refined carbohydrates and alcohol.
