The Best Eating Time Schedule:

A) The best time to eat breakfast: breakfast is the first meal of the day that kick starts metabolism, fuels the brain and set the blood sugar pattern for the rest of the day. Breakfast should be eaten within the first hour of waking. Between 6am - 10am is an ideal time for it.

B) The best time to eat lunch: lunch is the middle meal between breakfast and dinner. Your lunch should be a lighter meal for you to maintain your concentration since you are most likely to still be at work. Between 10am - 2pm is an ideal time for it.

C) The best time to eat dinner: dinner is the last meal of the day and should be eaten about 4 - 5 hours after lunch. Dinner should be taken between 5pm - 6pm . A gap of 3hours should be kept between your dinner and bedtime inother to prevent an interference with the quality of your sleep.
