2 Important Ways To Keep Your Brain Healthy

The brain is one of the largest organs in the human body. The brain controls our thoughts, memory, emotions, and feelings. Without the brain, we won't be able to walk or breathe properly. The brain is important for the human to function properly. It is located in the head.

Here are 2 ways to take care of the brain 

1. Adequate sleep

It is important to always have enough rest. A human must endeavor to get at least 8-9 hours of sleep per night. It gives your brain enough time to rest and store memory effectively. Sleep is important for your brain health. It helps your brain overall memory and brain health 

2. Regular Exercise

Always make sure to exercise regularly and properly. Proper exercise helps to lower the rush of developing Alzheimer's disease. Always make sure to exercise at least 30-60minutes a day to keep your brain active. You can take a still or swim or jog, it helps to keep the brain active. Exercise keeps the brain mentally active. They are mental games for the brain like puzzles, Scrabble crosswords and so on. Always make sure to reduce the way you watch television and use your gadgets cause it does very little to stimulate your brain
