Angina is chest pain that occurs when the heart doesn't get enough blood and oxygen. It may feel like pressure or a squeezing sensation in the chest and can cause shortness of breath, sweating, and nausea.

Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) is a digestive problem that can cause chest pain, often after eating. Other symptoms may include heartburn, regurgitation, and difficulty swallowing.

Pneumonia is an infection of the lungs that can cause chest pain, fever, cough, and shortness of breath. It can be serious, especially in old people or people with weakened immune systems.
