People with advanced diabetes may have difficulty detecting the signs of poor circulation. This is because diabetic neuropathy can cause reduced sensation in the extremities.

2. Maintaining a healthy weight always.

Carrying excess weight puts additional strain on your heart, joints, and vascular system. Maintaining a healthy weight reduces your risk of diabetes, heart disease, poor blood circulation, and arthritis.


3. Avoid too much salt and sugar intake.


4. Avoid smoking cigarettes and drinking alcohol.
