Weight gain may not sound exactly health-friendly, but in most cases it is, especially in women. These days, most women have become obsessed with enhancing their physical appearance. Most of them even go as far as indulging in multiple body modification surgeries, just to achieve a perfect body shape.


In this case, gaining weight in the right places simply means getting round hips or bigger bosom. Most women desire an hourglass shape, which is actually achievable, but it requires a lot of efforts and proper dieting for you to achieve this as a woman. In this article, I will be showing you some activities you should regularly engage in, for you to achieve your dream body.


1. Engage in regular physical exercises. 



One of the best ways you can achieve your dream body as a woman is by engaging in a fitness training programs. Exercise helps to shape your body, it targets the major muscle groups which includes back, chest, buttocks, etc. You're advised to get yourself a fitness instructor who will direct you on the types of exercise you need to be doing in order to enhance your desired muscle. Those who desire an hour glass shape should do more squats, step-ups, and lunges.


2. Eat high calorie foods.



Regularly consuming high calorie foods like milk, meat, beans, eggs and others tend to encourage weight gain. However, this should be after you've enrolled in a fitness program because failure to exercise while consuming high calorie foods will only make you fat.


3. Get enough sleep.



Sleep is necessary for the body to repair itself. You're advised to get at least 7-9 hours of sleep daily because doing so tend to regenerate your body and improve your appearance. Ensure you don't engage in stressful activities if you really want an hourglass shape. Stress has many negative effects on the body, some of which include premature aging and weight loss. You should try and avoid stress if you want to enhance your physical appearance as a woman.


4. Drink enough water.



Drinking a lot of water helps to improve physical performance, it also rehydrates you, thus making you more energetic. You are advised to drink water between exercises because doing so helps the body to produce enough sweat, which in turn removes toxins from your system.


5. Include fruits in your diets.



Some fruit like dates, bananas, berries and others are said to be good for workouts because they're high in calories, which plays a significant role in muscle development. Regularly consuming fruits will help you achieve your dream body as a woman.
